It comprises three bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a toaster. There are three bathrooms featuring a bath. Towels and bed linens are provided. For enhanced privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is monitored by security throughout the day.
Nearby attractions include Boucharouite Museum, Le Jardin Secret, and Mouassine Museum. Marrakech-Menara Airport is located 7 km away, and a paid airport shuttle service is available.
A minimarket is located within the riad. Additionally, sightseeing tours can be easily arranged from the property. A children's pool is also available, and guests can unwind in the garden.
The Riad is located within a private residence that includes several Riads rented by tourists from all over the world.
The residence features three swimming pools, with dedicated areas for both adults and children and they are shared by all guests staying within the residence not exclusive to our Riad.
-The swimming pools are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
-The pools are closed on Fridays only. They remain open during the rest of the week.
-Making noise at night is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, security staff may ask you to leave the premises without any financial compensation.
-The use of the Riad for any activities that are prohibited by law is strictly forbidden.
-The Riad is exclusively for families or groups of friends.
-No additional guests are allowed unless they are included in the booking.
-According to Moroccan law, Moroccan citizens and Arab tourists must present a marriage certificate if the reservation includes a man and a woman who are not accompanied by children.
If this requirement is not met, entry to the Riad will be denied and no refund will be given.
