Nice place in a quiet suburb. Close to Lagoon, Seal kayak, Sandwich Harbour. Big rooms, 2 bathrooms. View from upstairs was good. Parking available. Host friendly and helpful, even arranged fishing licence. Flamingos seen from window. Water and beer in fridge left for guests. Heated beds kept warm outside temperature about 12°C. Overall good location and staff helpful with trips like Sandwich Bay.
