A surcharge of 30,00 € applies for arrivals after check-in hours. Any request for a late arrival at Suite Laguna is subject to confirmation by the property.

A luggage storage service have a fee of 10 EUR.

The use of the washing machine is free for the first wash lasting a maximum of 60 minutes, each further wash costs €4.

The washing machine is managed by us via wifi, we can see the number of washes carried out and if the washing time is increased, in this case the washing machine will block with the clothes inside and it will not be possible to recover them unless through our intervention. It is therefore advisable to notify each time you use it and to set a short wash with a full load. (NO WASHING SHOES!)Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At Suite Laguna, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
At Suite Laguna, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
At Suite Laguna, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Suite Laguna, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
