Porto Paolo apartments have to be advised if other guests are invited.
A bond deposit of EUR200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that the first 100 KWh per week of electricity are included. Any further consumption is at a surcharge of EUR 0.38 per KWh.

Please note that 0.5 m³ per person per week of water is included. Any further consumption is at a surcharge of EUR 8.60 per m³.

Guests whom stay for 28 days or more will have to pay over and above the price for electricity and water with government rates.At Side Sea View, Minute to the Blue Lagoon boats, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
