Please remember that in our dorms, each guest must use only their designated bed. Leaving personal items on another bed will incur additional charges.
We offer over 250 beds across dorms and private rooms, equipped with air conditioning or fans, and either private or shared bathrooms. We also have two female dorms with enhanced security and care.
Our accommodations cater to various preferences and budgets. Here, dorm mates often become lifelong friends.

Please note that we are a party hostel, hosting warm-up parties almost every night until midnight, after which we lower the music volume to accommodate those seeking rest.

As a guest, you will have access to all our facilities and daily activities. We are both a party hostel and a sports complex.
Terms & Conditions:
- Office is open every day from 9 AM until 9 PM
- Check in time: 2 pm - 9pm & check out time: 11 am
Regarding any booking in a private room please contact us to pay the reservation in full
- For the dorm, the payment will be required in cash only on your arrival. We don't take credit card payments.
Regarding bookings FOR the full moon and Half Moon periods:
- We HIGHLY recommend you book 3 days before the Moon Party to enjoy all the major parties such as Waterfall Party, Jungle Experience and so on.
- Once we have received your booking, please contact us for the payment details. ***(Pre-payment is required) ***
- it is your responsability to contact us for the pre-payment in advance, your booking may not be confirmed if you do not send us a pre-payment.
Please note that if we do not receive your payment (Regarding bookings FOR the full moon or half moon periods), we have the right to cancel the booking at any time.
No Prepayment = No Confirmed Booking! No Show = No Refund! Once the payment is done, there will not be any refund! .
As this is a Party Hostel, we cannot accept bookings for anyone under the age of 18. Also, due to previous unpleasant experiences, we can no longer accept bookings for people over 36. If you have booked and are outside this age, please contact us and we will help find you alternate accommodation.
- Due to our high demand, make sure to book in advance to secure your stay and contact us to pay in advance
- During our busiest time, we may be over booked. In this rarely case, the customers would be sleeping to our sister hostel which is just next door. The rooms are as good as ours and everyone can enjoy the best of both hostels!At Phangan Arena Hostel, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Phangan Arena Hostel, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
