Self check-in from 17h to 21h, can be in person (subject to availability and on request).

Supplements:
- Late check-in: arrivals after 21:00, extra charge of € 30 regardless of whether the arrival is in person or self check-in.
- Early check-in: arrivals before 17:00, supplement of 20€ (subject to availability and on request).
- Late check-out: departures after 11:00, supplement 20€ (subject to availability and on request).

**Face-to-face check-in: Staff will wait up to 30 minutes; after this time, additional charges will apply if further assistance is required.

Lockers:
- Available for early arrival or storage of belongings. A discount voucher is offered after booking.

Responsibility for belongings:
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for loss.

Loss of keys:
- A charge of 100€ for each set of keys lost.

Check-out time:
- Unannounced delays have a supplement of 50€ per hour, charged through the booking platform.
