At check-in the guest's credit cards will be blocked for 100 € as a deposit for the holiday apartment. At the time of check-out and after having inspected the apartment, this amount will be unblocked within a maximum period of 24 hours.

Kindly be informed that access to Albamar's area and inside the appartment is strictly restricted to guests staying in Albamar Apartaments.
At Albamar Apartaments, the name on the credit card used for booking must match the guest staying at the property.

Once a reservation has been made, the guest will receive an email 30 days before arrival with a link to make the down payment. Payment must be made within 24 hours. If payment is not made on time, the reservation will be cancelled.

If there are less than 30 days before the arrival date, the guest will receive an email to make the payment using the link, immediately after the reservation has been made. If payment has not been made within 24 hours, the booking will be cancelled.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At Albamar Apartaments, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
At Albamar Apartaments, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Albamar Apartaments, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
At Albamar Apartaments, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
