The house as a whole, all three floors, can be rented also by one larger group. In this case, the pool and the garden can only be used by these guests. The inner staircase, if needed, can be unlocked, so access between the floors could be easier. Also when the house is rented by one group of families, friends, we provide the gate remote control, so the cars ( maximum 3) can be parked inside.At Sunnyside Hévíz, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
