The building features restaurants on the ground floor, offices on the first floor, and seven fully equipped Studio apartments on the second floor. It is positioned directly across from a park and the renowned Mercado da Ribeira, which includes the TIME OUT MARKET, boasting over 30 food stalls run by some of Lisbon's top chefs.
This location is in the Cais do Sodré neighborhood, officially known as Misericórdia.
Studios with Mezzanine Rua da Moeda comprises seven self-catered Studio apartments, all located under the roof, showcasing numerous skylights and wooden beams that highlight the structure's over 200-year-old roof construction.
Guests are required to provide their personal email address, after which they will receive a message with a link for online check-in, as there is no reception. Upon completing the form, digital access codes for the building, hallway door, and the booked Studio will be provided.
Please note that there is no daily cleaning of the Studio. You may request cleaning at Studios Mezzanine for an additional fee. Bedsheets and towels are changed every 5 days.

Please note that the Studios are not recommended for small children or guests with limited mobility because of their high mezzanines. They are allowed though but under the guest's own risk.
