No children under the age of 14 are allowed to attend classes or use the facilities including the fitness centre, spa complex and indoor swimming pool. They are not allowed to get spa & beauty treatments, health & wellness services, or activities including hiking, biking, and walks. Full board rate includes non-alcoholic drinks during meals. Teens (14-18 years old) must be accompanied by an adult to all ‘teen’ and ‘closed door services’ like health & healing services and spa & beauty treatments such as massages and facials. Prior to booking any teen services, the parent or guardian must sign a consent form. Access to hydrothermal treatment area (including Salt Grotto, Finnish Sauna, Igloo, Crystal Steam Room, HydroSpa, Experiential Showers and Feet Therapy Basins for male and female guests) is prohibited for the guests ages under 18, even when supervised by an adult.
