Check-in is guaranteed from 4pm to 8pm.
After 8pm, check-in is subject to validation, except during conference periods and in summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and an autonomous check-in, and are asked to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of physical check-in, someone will be present on site. Please note that physical check-in after 20:00 will incur an additional charge of €50, payable in cash on arrival, except during conference periods and in summer.
For self check-in, a key box is available.
Departures are until 11am at the latest.
The deposit required is €500.
Copies of your identity papers may be requested prior to arrival.
Pets are not allowed in the flat.
The flat is non-smoking.
Please dispose of your rubbish before leaving and leave the kitchen area clean. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.At Charmant Studio à Prado, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
