RENOVATIONS:
Beginning on Monday, April 7th we will begin remodeling and construction on our property. Construction will be starting in Richardson Building 4. We anticipate some Balconies will not be accessible for periods at a time in these units, as well as only being able to access the building through the South end while construction is being carried out. We predict construction will end by July 10th, 2025.At The Tahoe Beach & Ski Club Owners Association, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at The Tahoe Beach & Ski Club Owners Association, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
