Clean room, good location near the coast and main attractions in Baku. Staff was helpful, especially at front desk and reception. Early check-in went smoothly. Stylish modern design inside and outside. Breakfast had decent options. Room above banquet hall, so some evening noise but ended by midnight. Overall a solid stay for the price.
