Each condo includes a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a sizable bathroom, a full kitchen, and a queen sofa bed that pulls out in the living area. The back decks are furnished with a dining set for four and a sun lounger, while the front decks offer a rocking chair and side table. Complimentary parking is available.
Although there is no on-site restaurant, Tippy's Beach Bar & Restaurant, known for its lunch and dinner options along with live music (closed on Mondays), is located just across the tract road. A five-minute drive will take you to various other dining options, cafes, and grocery stores.

Beach across the street offers good snorkeling opportunities. Spacious apartments have well-equipped kitchens and large balconies with views over palm trees. The pool area is clean and surrounded by beautiful botanical gardens. Tippy’s restaurant is located just across the road. Proximity to Governor’s Harbor allows easy access to local dining options.
