The office operates daily from 9 AM to 5 PM. Guests are requested to share their contact and travel details to facilitate key arrangements for late arrivals after 5 PM.

Each condo includes a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a sizable bathroom, a full kitchen, and a queen sofa bed that pulls out in the living area. The back decks are furnished with a dining set for four and a sun lounger, while the front decks offer a rocking chair and side table. Complimentary parking is available.

Although there is no on-site restaurant, Tippy's Beach Bar & Restaurant, known for its lunch and dinner options along with live music (closed on Mondays), is located just across the tract road. A five-minute drive will take you to various other dining options, cafes, and grocery stores.
