The rooms are clean with comfortable beds, and heating works well throughout. A common living hall provides relaxation space with TV, tea, biscuits, kitchen supplies including a hot water kettle and refrigerator. The owner is notably polite, cooperative, and helpful in arranging local transport such as buses to Wadi Rum. Numerous restaurants and supermarkets surround the accommodation for easy access to basic commodities.
