Helpful staff communicated by Whatsapp and fixed a blocked shower drain quickly. Breakfast was very good, the bed was comfortable with good air conditioning, and the pool was lovely. Parking was easy on a parallel street behind the hotel, and outdoor seating had a round sofa and hammock. The location was quiet but an easy walk to Paseo de Montejo in Mérida.
