About Pets:

- The rabies vaccine must have been applied for more than 30 days and less than 01 year. Proof of this vaccination is mandatory and non-presentation is reason for refusal of reservation and stay at the hotel.
- Feeding the pet is the responsibility of the tutor. If you need to purchase any food or product for your pet, the reception can offer referrals to specialized stores in the region or delivery services. You can request water all the time.
- You are responsible for your pet's health. If your pet has an accident or gets sick, consult the reception to locate the nearest veterinary clinic.
- We hope that it does not happen, but the same goes for the case of death during the accommodation, either by natural death or due to previous pathologies. The guardian is the only legal guardian in this situation.
- Any material damage caused by the pet or in cases of incident with injuries to other people or pets, the guardian is solely responsible for providing assistance to the victim and for the expenses.
- The cleaning and collection of waste (liquid or solid) in the room and other hotel facilities is the sole responsibility of the tutor.
- The guardian must authorize the hotel to charge the equivalent fair amount upon check-out.
- The hotel may suspend accommodation at any time, in case of non-compliance with the rules and conduct.
