BEFORE THE ARRIVAL

- This property requires online check-in through a designated channel. This measure is implemented to ensure compliance with local regulations regarding public safety. - Our accommodation includes bed linen and towels for your stay. Additional kits are available upon request with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to an extra charge. In compliance with local regulations, please note that we cannot provide bed linen changes, additional cleaning services, or refills for toiletries and other consumables during your stay.

DURING YOUR STAY
- Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately for proper repair and replacement.

- A fee of €50 + VAT / 30 min will be deducted from your deposit for check-outs outside the agreed hour to account for the extra resources required and to facilitate a seamless transition for the next guests.At Huelin Beach, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
