Nice big room, clean bathroom, good location near old Tbilisi. Quiet district but close to center. Friendly owner. Small balcony with city view. Supermarket nearby. Facilities work well, old furniture but well-managed hotel. Coffee machine and cutlery in cafeteria on ground floor. Parking free in front of hotel.
