The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen including a fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and plates. The bed consisted of two singles pushed together with fresh bed blankets and pillows provided along with bath robes and towels. Air conditioning was easy to use via remote control and TVs in the living area and bedroom had Netflix/Prime. The bathroom was smaller than usual but clean with a great shower. Free parking was available next to the building door by the carpark. The location was close to beach gardens within a short walk and about 15 minutes from the beach while the center could be reached in around 30 minutes on foot. A spa on the floor above had an indoor pool, sauna, steam room open daily from 8am to 8pm where residents received discounted prices of 30 lev each or 36 on Saturdays, towels were provided as well as lockers in changing rooms.
