The views of the mountains were really beautiful and most of the staff were kind and helpful, though the place could have been cleaner with some stains near the trash that stayed even after cleaning. We had some issues with rude room service from Felipe and a brief, unclear check-in that left us missing info and a surprise extra charge of about $80 that wasn’t explained well. Despite that, we had a nice stay and would stay again.
