These activities are primarily designed for individuals aged 8 and older, although some can be modified for younger participants. In the nearby forest, activities include archery, Jacob's ladder, crate stacking, canoeing on the pond, raft building, laser tag, mini paintball, and bushcraft. It is recommended to reserve activities before arrival; however, the staff will assist if prior booking is not feasible. Please be aware that specific activities cannot be guaranteed unless booked at least two weeks in advance.
The Stables breakfast room serves a buffet-style continental breakfast for all visitors, featuring cereal, toast, pastries, yogurt, and fruit, accompanied by tea, filter coffee, and fruit juice. Additionally, a selection of coffee and other breakfast items, such as filled rolls, can be purchased.
All accommodations, including rooms and glamping pods, are equipped with en-suite facilities featuring hydromassage showers and/or baths. Rooms in the main building are also furnished with a television.
If you intend to arrive later than 19:00 (summer hours) / 17:00 (off peak), please contact the centre (using the details provided in your booking confirmation) ideally the day before.
Late check-out is available until 12:00 for GBP 10 per room.
We are happy to accept well behaved dogs at the centre for a charge of £25 (payable on arrival). Maximum of 2 per room. Dog beds and bowls will be available if you are unable to bring your own. Please notify us at the time of booking if you are taking a dog or dogs. For our dog policy and rules please contact the centre directly.
Please note that all guests will need to pay in advance of arrival by credit card or bank transfer.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. There is also a private BBQ area for guests to use. Please note from November-March, the glamping pods operate on a room only basis with no access to the main building. There are no fridges or cooking facilities available. Bedding, Linen and Towels will be provided for guests to make their own beds. Glamping Pods are operated on a self check in basis.
