This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

A zero-tolerance smoking policy is enforced at Enigma Building. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

For stays longer than 30 nights at Enigma Building, a fair use policy for utilities will apply, with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys at Enigma Building: an additional pair, lost keys, or door opening service is available for 20€.
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).At Enigma Building, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At Enigma Building, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
At Enigma Building, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Enigma Building, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
At Enigma Building, payment by bank transfer prior to arrival is mandatory. After booking at Enigma Building, the property will contact you with further instructions.
