Nice place, close to everything in Baku. Rooms are clean, staff helpful. Location good for walking around Nizami street and seaside boulevard. Breakfast decent. No elevator but staff helped with luggage. Elgan at reception was very kind, gave good tips on sights and even made breakfast once. Overall, good value for the price.
