Super clean with very friendly and helpful staff, especially Alba who prepared amazing breakfast and gave great recommendations. The garden was lovely and well kept for relaxation, the bedroom was spacious, clean with good lighting and a fan controlled by remote. The hostel had keycard access, comfortable beds with curtains for privacy, own outlets and lights at each bed plus big lockers. The shared kitchen was equipped with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, juicer, coffee maker and toaster while laundry service cost COP 20,000/kg. WiFi worked generally well but dropped briefly sometimes, the location was quiet yet close to downtown Pereira and about 20 minutes walk from the bus terminal.
