Nice quiet spot, big room with good AC. Garden view, palm and banana trees. Close to Nizwa center, castle, fort. Breakfast decent. Staff friendly but kept out of way. Parking outside on street. Traditional decor inside, clean and spacious. Easy walk to old town and souks. Good for relaxing after exploring the area
