Please be advised that this property operates a self-check-in process. After the property receives your payment, you will be sent a key code by email 3 days before arrival. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property.
If you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival.
Please be advised that bed linen is provided per bed and not per person. Any additional linen will need to be requested in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs an additional cost.
While we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not offer compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line. We have good IT support, and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner.
Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair or replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment. This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council.
