- 100% of the reservation will be charged at the time of making it, in case of not being made for any reason it will be made at check in.

- If you cancel the reservation until 7 days before arrival, a 100% refund is made in the next 7 business days, less 100,000 pesos of administrative expenses.

- A 4% surcharge will be made to face-to-face payments by credit and debit card.
