The location was excellent, situated near 28th May with easy access to various transport options including buses, metro, and trains. The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness throughout the stay. Basic rooms met essential needs for short visits with convenient proximity to key city areas like the old city and Nizami Street. Facilities included good Wi-Fi and a spacious reception area. Affordable shuttle service from the airport added to accessibility.
