4) All guests must complete their online registration prior to arrival, in accordance with local regulations established in Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link will be sent to continue with registration.
During the verification process, guests must complete all the requested information and upload a photo for online validation. This step is necessary to verify the identity of each guest. The process will be carried out through the Chekin app, a company specialized in managing traveler registrations.
Arrival instructions will not be sent until all guests have successfully completed the check-in process.At Warehouse 1, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
