It includes a cozy fireplace, a smart TV, a comfortable dining table, and a bathroom with a shower. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two semi-double beds, open onto a balcony with views of the picturesque plane tree square. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with a bathtub. The expansive garden, patio, and balconies provide guests with a variety of spaces to enjoy throughout the day. As the sun sets, the garden’s atmospheric lighting enhances the experience, making it the perfect spot for relaxing in the furnished gazebo or patio. The property offers free parking with enough space for two cars. Villa Iris can accommodate up to 6 guests, with an additional sofa on the upper floor available to accommodate one more guest upon request.
