Friendly and helpful staff welcomed with refreshing juice upon arrival and waited for a late check-in at 3am, the pool was great, rooms were clean, spacious with air conditioning and hot water in the shower, breakfast had good options, laundry service was available for a small fee, quiet location close to downtown Ubud within a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and shops.
