Guests must be at least 25 years old to check in at Turtle Time. Please note that at Turtle Time, the primary guest must remain in the unit for the entire reservation period.

After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company electronically?. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management at Turtle Time using the number provided in the booking confirmation.At Turtle Time, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
At Turtle Time, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Turtle Time, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At Turtle Time, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the full reservation amount for Turtle Time is due prior to arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. Once full payment is received at Turtle Time, details including the address and key collection instructions will be emailed to you.
