Your stay at Atlantis is subject to important legal terms and conditions that effect your legal rights and mandate disputes be resolved exclusively before a Court in The Bahamas.

Maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests INCLUDING children. If booking 4 adults plus 1 or more children, TWO or more rooms are required. Children 11 years and younger stay for free with paying adults. Children ages 12-17 pay $50 per nights plus daily housekeeping gratuities.

The credit or debit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in at the hotel.

Upon check-in, a credit card guarantee or cash deposit of USD 250 per room per day will be held for incidental charges. Upon check-out, guests are required to settle any outstanding charges in full using a credit card, travellers’ checks or US dollars.

Mandatory Gratuity of $US 8.00 for Studios Per person, Per night, 12 and older; $US 20.00 for One-Bedroom Suites Per person, Per night, 12 and older; and $US 26.00 for Two-Bedroom Suites Per person, Per night, 12 and older.

The water park was very good. Ok, so yeah, people kept coming in from cruise ships and it got kinda crowded, lineswere painful, no lie. But still,the whole place—location, the Atlantis setup with that aquarium and casino plus the beach—just wow. Staff? Super friendly everywhereyou turn, really helped when things got nuts. Got around easy with free transport all over the island, no stress at all. Oh! And food? Top tier for real—Carmine’s nice casual vibes but great value, The Dunes if you wanna classywhatchamacallit fine dining plus Café Martinique to round it out nicely. We stayed in this giant suite overlooking ocean right off huge balcony...epic! Servicepoliteand on point too...pretty slick spot overall despite crowds.
