Luxury villa on a private 200-m² plot of land with an outdoor hot tub, 3 balconies with sea view, veranda and excellent sea and mountains view. It is located on the top of a rock, and has a private entrance, private furnished veranda, garden and parking space. On the ground floor, there is the living room with fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, that opens onto a furnished terrace, and 1 bathroom. On the first floor, there are 2 separate bedrooms with 2 sea-view balconies and the main bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor, there is a third bedroom. Please note that this villa is not located by the sea, but on a rock above the beach. A car is needed in order to reach the beach.
