Parking was free and in the same building, the apartment had its own ski locker and washer that could be used anytime, and the kitchen was well equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was close to the ski lift and ski hire shop in El Tarter, which had a small supermarket and some restaurants while Soldeu appeared busier. Communication with Alain was quick and effective, documentation explained everything clearly, and WiFi worked well throughout the stay.
