The hotel was very clean and centrally located one block from the main plaza in Puno with many better restaurants nearby. The room was fully equipped, large, bright, and had a very comfy bed with two luggage stands. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating including allowing early check-in for an extra charge that included breakfast on arrival morning.
