The apartment was located just steps from a clean, wide beach with gentle slopes and no stones. The modern unit featured large windows, effective air conditioning, and ample storage space including two large wardrobes and under-bed drawers. The complex offered secure parking in a garage with wide spaces, several playgrounds, a café, bar, restaurant, and an on-site Żabka store. Quiet surroundings were ensured by the closed estate setting near forests and lakes.
