Location close to ski lift, 10 minutes from Houser Kaibling. View of valley. Owner friendly and helpful. Room better than photos, good value. Floors creaky but sleep was fine despite kids in house. Cheap compared to others. Small room but enough for family of four. Dining area big and comfortable. Staff kind, cooked eggs every night, easy to talk with them. View of mountains at night was nice. Place simple but clean and nice overall, breakfast good too
