The professionalism and hospitality of the staff, especially Ms. Leman, ensured a smooth stay with early check-in arranged at no extra cost. Rooms were clean and spacious but somewhat outdated, featuring functional amenities like a water cooker and small fridge. The reception team was friendly and helpful, providing assistance with appointments, taxis, and local tips. The location was convenient, close to Nizami Street and an excellent restaurant next door. Breakfast was decent and the hotel offered good value for money.
