Spacious and luxurious suite rooms were upgraded with a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit as a welcome gift. Rafet from Guest Relations, Ceren from front desk, Ceylin from f&b, and Gülcan from animation team were incredibly helpful and cheerful. The food had a wide selection with great flavors for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Three pools catered to different needs: one with water slides near reception was quieter, another in the middle accessed at lobby bar level served children or quiet preferences. Entertainment included evening shows within the hotel complex plus a mini disco for children while the location was close enough to walk into town center with taxis and dolmuş available.
