The hotel provided spacious and comfortable rooms with sufficient amenities. The location was central, close to the airport and various restaurants, as well as a bus stop offering direct routes to Hallasan National Park. Staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with check-in, parking valet service, and lending wall adapters. Free parking was available on-site. Breakfast was enjoyed during the stay, and fried chicken from the restaurant received positive remarks.
