From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests at Permai Rainforest Resort. This tax is not included in the room rate at Permai Rainforest Resort and must be paid at check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt from this charge at Permai Rainforest Resort. Barbecue facilities can be booked at a charge. (Subject to availability) Rates follow:
- Use of barbecue pit: MYR 100 per night
- Barbecue corkage charges (for guests who are bringing their own food): MYR 10 per person per night
