Spacious, clean rooms had comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms with bench space, and very good quality televisions, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially a young person who showed us to our room and explained the heat pump and TV channels, a spa bath was in one unit and a BBQ was available, the location on Commerce Street was handy for restaurants and amenities in Whakatane.
