Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.

We welcome children of all ages.

The name on the credit card used for booking should match the name of the guest staying at the property.

If the card used for the booking is not available at check-in, the property will accept payment on an alternate credit card.

Photocopies and photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards or virtual credit cards are not accepted.

The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to other guests.

Please note that for reservations of 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Quiet hours based on Greek law are between 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.

All guests are kindly requested to respect them.

Full Housekeeping service is provided free of charge for stays of 7 days or more.

For stays of 5-6 days, a room tidying up is offered once, and it is usually scheduled on the 3rd or 4th day of your stay.

Housekeeping service can be offered or adjusted to different days from the scheduled ones based on your needs, with a surcharge.

No free cleaning service is available for stays of up to 4 days.

Self-catered breakfast available with an extra charge.

Please note that the following rooms are on a split level:

- Junior Two Bedroom Maisonette

- Grande Two Bedroom Maisonette

Please note that the bedrooms in the Junior Two Bedroom Maisonette and the Grande Two Bedroom Maisonette are located in the semi-basement.

Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.

A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
