Friendly staff called at midnight to show the way and the owner was kind and arranged to send back a forgotten charger, which was appreciated, beds were clean with four charging ports and individual lamps, bathrooms were clean with complete facilities, tea room had instant noodles, Ubike station was right outside, and it was a 15-minute walk to Dadong MRT.
