The hotel had a fantastic view of the pyramids from the rooftop, restaurant, and some rooms with balconies overlooking the pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Noura at the front desk who provided exceptional service and Mahmood who was courteous and kind. The room was clean, comfortable, air-conditioned with everything needed. The location was very close to the entrance of the Pyramids Complex and Sphinx gate in Giza. The pool was great for cooling off on hot days. Breakfast was served quickly between 7am and 11am with a variety of options, while dinner had plenty on the menu at reasonable prices. Airport pick-up and drop-off were smooth with a friendly driver named Omar who helped make arrivals comfortable.
