Check-in was possible outside regular hours with coffee offered. The owner waited until midnight for arrival. Parking space is sufficient. The house has two bathrooms and a washer. Rooms are spacious and neat, matching pictures shown online. Location is about 12 minutes walk from Metro or bus stops in Yerevan.
