Horario de Entrada
•El check-in se realiza entre las 16:00 y las 20:00 horas.
•Check-in tardío (de 20:00 a 00:00): disponible con un coste adicional. Este servicio debe solicitarse con antelación (24 horas antes del día de su Check In) y su precio varía según el alojamiento.
•Después de las 00:00 no es posible hacer el check-in.
•El servicio de entrada tardía lo gestiona una empresa externa y debe pagarse antes de las 20:00 del día anterior a tu llegada.
•Para reservas de última hora (el mismo día del check-in), no se ofrece check-in fuera del horario estándar (hasta las 20:00).
•Importante: Si no se respeta el horario o el procedimiento indicado, la reserva quedará cancelada con cargos ni del posible Late Check In Service que haya abonado, y no se podrá acceder al alojamiento ni recuperar el importe abonado.

Depósito de Garantía
•El depósito es obligatorio y se requiere para completar la reserva.
•Para reservas realizadas con más de 14 días de antelación, el pago debe efectuarse 14 días antes de la llegada mediante transferencia bancaria.
•Si reservas con menos de 14 días de antelación, el pago debe realizarse el mismo día de la reserva.

•El depósito solo se considera recibido una vez que el ingreso se refleje en cuenta bancaria. No se aceptan justificantes como comprobante de pago para evitar posibles problemas de fraude o transferencias cancelables.
•Para reservas el mismo día de la llegada, el depósito debe abonarse mediante transferencia inmediata o efectivo en cajero automático.
•No completar este proceso resultará en la cancelación automática de la reserva sin reembolso.

Identificación de los Huéspedes
•Todos los huéspedes deberán presentar un DNI o pasaporte válido, conforme a la legislación vigente.
•Esta información será comunicada a las autoridades competentes como parte del protocolo de registro obligatorio.
•No se permiten modificaciones en la lista de huéspedes tras realizar la reserva.
•Fiestas o celebraciones no están permitidas en este alojamiento.

Viajas con mascota
•Si planeas venir con tu mascota, debes informarnos con antelación.
•Se aplica un cargo adicional por noche y por mascota, calculado sobre toda la duración de la reserva (aunque la mascota no esté presente todas las noches).
•No informar sobre la presencia de mascotas implicará la pérdida total del depósito.

Huéspedes que se alojan
•Es importante que indiques correctamente cuántas personas se alojarán.
•Las visitas no incluidas en la reserva deben abonarse aparte, siendo un importe adicional por persona y por noche (aunque las personas adicionales no estén presente todas las noches deberá abonar las noches de la totalidad de la reserva).
•La restricción de edad mostrada en “Información del cliente” aplica a todos los huéspedes de la reserva, sin excepción, e independientemente de quien los acompaña.
•No cumplir con este punto puede suponer la pérdida del depósito.

Check-in
•La persona que haya realizado la reserva debe estar presente al momento del check-in.
•No se permite delegar este proceso a otra persona, aunque sea parte del grupo.

Devolución del depósito
•El reembolso del depósito se realiza entre 8 y 14 días laborables después del check-out.
•Para tramitarlo correctamente, deberás facilitar esta información a través del chat de Booking enviando los siguientes datos:

oSWIFT/BIC
oNúmero de reserva
•Hasta que no se reciban estos datos, no será posible realizar la devolución.
•En caso de daños o incumplimientos, el depósito no será reembolsado.

Before confirming your reservation at this property, make sure you agree with all the terms and conditions detailed below. These rules are essential to ensure a safe and smooth stay. If any of them do not suit your needs, we recommend choosing an alternative that better fits your preferences.

Check-in Time
•Check-in is available between 16:00 and 20:00.
•Late check-in (from 20:00 to 00:00) is available for an additional fee. This service must be requested in advance (at least 24 hours before your arrival) and the cost may vary depending on the property.
•Check-in is not possible after 00:00.
•Late check-in is managed by an external company and must be paid before 20:00 on the day prior to your arrival.
•For last-minute bookings (same-day check-in), check-in is only available until 20:00.
•Important: Failure to comply with the indicated times and procedures will result in the cancellation of the reservation, with no right to enter the accommodation or receive a refund, including any late check-in fee already paid.

Security Deposit
•A deposit is mandatory and required to complete the reservation.
•For bookings made more than 14 days in advance, payment must be made 14 days prior to arrival via bank transfer.
•If your booking is made within 14 days of arrival, the deposit must be paid on the same day the reservation is made.

•Failure to complete this process will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Guest Identification
•All guests must present a valid passport or national ID, as required by law.
•This information will be submitted to the appropriate authorities as part of the mandatory check-in protocol.
•No changes to the list of guests are allowed after the booking is confirmed.
•Parties and celebrations are not allowed in this property.

Travelling with Pets
•If you plan to bring a pet, you must inform us in advance.
•An additional nightly fee applies per pet, calculated for the entire length of the booking, even if the pet does not stay every night.
•Failure to notify the presence of a pet will result in the loss of the full deposit.

Guests staying at the Property
•It’s important that you correctly indicate the number of guests who will be staying.
•Any visitors not included in the reservation must be paid for separately. An additional fee applies per person, per night, and is calculated for the entire duration of the booking, even if those guests are not present every night.
•The age restriction shown in the "Guest Information" section applies to all guests in the reservation, with no exceptions, regardless of who accompanies them.
•Failure to comply with this policy may result in loss of the security deposit.

Check-in Procedure
•The person who made the booking must be present at check-in.
•Check-in cannot be delegated to someone else, even if they are part of your group.

Deposit Refund
•The deposit will be refunded within 8 to 14 business days after check-out.
•To process the refund, please send the following information via Booking.com’s messaging system:

•We cannot process the refund until all of this information has been provided.
•In the event of any damage or rule violations, the deposit will not be refunded.
