Rooms are pretty good n clean, also big enough But toilets’ locks missing, hmmnot great. Breakfast? Yeah, good variety - can’t complain there. Staff? Ohboy they’re next level nice, total pros at helping, like RAID mode on. Called reception? Boom, problem solved every. Single. Time. Big props to Azad and Raul, those guys made life easier, sorta like pushing bags when u don’t wanna, they kinda won’t let u do heavy lifting even if u insist-dang polite or what. Spa with sauna n hammam sounds cool, heard Fatima is the queen of smiles over there too. Location’s not bad, walking to metro is easy-peasy, so that’s a thumbs up. Spot feels new n tidy, feels like someone thought art matters too. Little random, bits missed locks but staff and vibe carry it all. Definitely smoother chaos than some places out there, dealbreaker? Nah.
